BRAND IDENTITY & COMPANY PROFILE
AR.CO. srl is a multidisciplinary engineering company – headquartered in Senigallia (AN) and Fano (PU) – specializing in the systems design in the chemical, energy, environmental and telecommunications sectors.
The services offered cover a wide range of activities: engineering system design, consultancy and supervision on the construction of civil and industrial infrastructures and plants, systems engineering of national gas and local gas transport networks, remote control and telecommunication systems, supply and energy transport systems from renewable sources.

Since 1995 the engineering firm has grown to become today a company with an international curriculum and now has the need to present itself to a much more diverse audience, both geographically and linguistically, for which the message “of continuity and solidity of a long industrial and intellectual tradition is synonymous with reliability and professional guarantee ».
To better communicate these values AR.CO. srl asked for a new, coherent and recognizable Visual Identity not only in Italy but also abroad.
The first step for the conception of a new graphic architecture was the comparison with Literature: the Logo was built starting from a reinterpretation of the compositional canons of fifteenth-century technical literature, in particular of local historical engineering, from the Tractatus Primus (De Ingegneria, 1480) by Francesco di Giorgio Martini to the architectural works of Baccio Pontelli and Luciano Laurana (Rocca di Senigallia) following the semantic outline of the Archetypal Images of Bruno Munari and developing the concept of Elementary Module by Bob Noorda.
Having designed the Logo, we have declined our Module to the entire Corporate Identity: business cards, letterheads, e-mails, document folders, block sheets and technical data sheets.
In summary, this is the graphic path: iconological programming, iconographic post-production, Logo design and development of the Coordinated Image, drafting and translation of texts, layout, development and finally executive for print and web. The entire graphic corpus (Corporate Design) has been configured in order to outline a new and easily recognizable company profile in the Italian Oil & Gas engineering sector (Brand Identity).
The design of the company profile presents a summary of the transformation process in the new governance of the AR.CO. group. based on three keywords: Energy, Environment and Telecommunications, the three focal areas (Core Business) of the technical and scientific activity of the engineering firm.
Designed and developed with Adobe CC software, the new Company Profile is available in two languages – ITA and EN – and includes pages dedicated to the presentation of the Company, to the study sectors and to project activities in Italy and Northern Europe.
The paper version of the Company Profile was printed in 500 copies, while the e-book version is available on the Company’s website.
